Brisbane

Brisbane, capital of Queensland, is located in the south-east of Queensland. The metropolitan area has a population of 2.4 million. It is one of the fastest-growing cities in Australia and is known for its vibrant urban precincts, outdoor lifestyle and friendly locals.

Brisbane is a city for the senses; walking under impossibly blue skies around this foot-friendly city opens up a world of experiences. A well-planned series of paths and bridges connect the city centre to South Bank, as well as many of the urban villages that tease the river’s edge, like Teneriffe and New Farm, its amazing parks and skyscrapers.

South Bank

South Bank is Brisbane’s premier lifestyle and cultural destination. Located on the southern banks of the Brisbane River, its 17 hectares of lush parklands, world-class eateries, stunning river views and hundreds of delightful events all year round make it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Here you'll find restaurants catering to any craving, bars to relax in and soak up the atmosphere, places for kids to play and learn, breathtaking views of the city from across the river and various events across the year, which will ensure you never get bored!

Fortitude Valley

Fortitude Valley is a contradiction in itself – raw, yet sophisticated. It's where elegance and style meet grungy and offbeat, and heritage-listed properties proudly stand among modern buildings. The Valley, as it's known, was Australia’s first dedicated entertainment district and continues to be a hive of activity. Live music thrives and DJs are drawn to the clubs and chic bars. Chinatown Mall is a hub of exotic Chinese supermarkets and cheap BYO restaurants. James Street showcases Australian fashion labels, gorgeous restaurants and stunning homewares, while Brunswick Street is home to multicultural dining options and ecletic boutiques.
