What We Look For

Flight Centre is always expanding. This means we're continually on the look out for motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team. To be considered for a Travel Sales Consultant role you'll need to meet the following minimum criteria...

• Travel experience
• A tertiary degree or top 25% high school leaving result

If you're interested in a career as a Corporate Travel Consultant with our corporate travel management brand, FCm Travel Solutions, you'll also need at least 12 months experience as a Travel Sales Consultant.

Boarding

A Recruitment Consultant will contact you for a chat over the phone and you may be asked to take the next step, which will involve an online assessment. From here, we will arrange a time to meet you in person - you'll be able to talk to our Recruiters and find out the perks of working with Flight Centre.
